Feigenbaum constants

For definitions, see Eric Weisstein's MathWorld article: Feigenbaum Constant.

In my thesis (1996), I computed several of the Feigenbaum constants to 10s or even 100s of decimal places. Some of these values were improved in 1999 by David Broadhurst. To my knowledge, no more accurate values have been computed since then.
